Our services involve referring users to third-party advisers who are registered or chartered as fiduciaries with a regulatory body in the United States. These advisers participate in our matching platform based on user-provided information through our online questionnaire. Svvy® does not review adviser performance, manage user accounts, or provide advice on specific investments. We do not handle client funds or hold custody of assets; our role is to connect users with relevant financial advisors. This statement is not an offer to buy or sell securities. All investments carry risks, including potential loss of principal. Working with an adviser may involve fees that can reduce returns, and positive returns are not guaranteed. Even with a fiduciary duty, conflicts of interest may arise.

Please be advised that Svvy, LLC ("Svvy") has entered into a written agreement with vetted Investment Advisors Representatives ("ADVISOR(S)") whereby Svvy® will receive a monthly subscription fee from ADVISOR(S) for introductions to prospective clients who may or may not enter into an advisory agreement with ADVISOR(S) for investment advisory services. Svvy® is not otherwise affiliated with these ADVISOR(S). ADVISOR(S) pay Svvy® a monthly subscription fee for referring clients to ADVISOR(S). Therefore, Svvy® is compensated by ADVISOR(S) for referring you to ADVISOR(S). The subscription fee will be paid monthly at the start of each month by ADVISOR(S) regardless of whether you become a client of ADVISOR(S) or not. The compensation is paid to Svvy as a Solicitor by ADVISOR(S) for our matching services and for referring you to ADVISOR(S) as a potential client. Clients referred by Svvy® are charged the same fees as ADVISOR(S)'s other clients of similar size receiving similar services. No additional charges or costs are incurred by referred clients as a result of having been introduced by Svvy®. ADVISOR(S)'s fees are described in their Disclosure Brochure and the investment advisory agreement. In no event will Svvy®'s services as solicitor include providing investment advisory services on behalf of adviser in any manner.
